Hello, I am Donna Binney and I own and manage Caring Transitions of Frederick, Howard and Carroll Counties. I experienced the responsibility of caring for my widowed mother who after a sudden illness, required rehabilitation and a move to live with family here in Maryland. I coordinated the logistics of her long distance move, downsizing, estate sale and sale of her home in Virginia. Over the years I have seen many families and neighbors struggle during some of life’s most stressful and overwhelming times, such as a divorce, a life changing illness, the death of a loved one or the changing needs of an aging parent. Seeing the need compelled me to start Caring Transitions, a business that provides help to Seniors and their families needing assistance coping with senior moving, downsizing and estate sales.
