Lisa was raised in a family with six children. Her parents helped "make-ends-meet" by purchasing furnishings for their home at Estate Sales and Auctions.
Lisa says, "As a child I loved going with my parents to these events. The variety of interesting items I saw made my mind wonder as to - How things were made? How old they were? What the a fair price for these items was? And reminisce about the previous owners use and enjoyment of an item. These experiences gave me a passion to want to run Estate Sales."
To that end, after working in Corporate America we saw many professional children struggle during some of life’s most stressful and overwhelming times. Their responsibilities to their employer, their home, children, spouse and their parents - during a parent's illness, a divorce, or a death in the family - compelled us to start Caring Transitions. Our business provides help to families in need by providing estate sale services, home clean-out services, and senior citizen moving services.
